I used three of my thumbnails for my woodcuts. German Expressinalism is from the war and the Germans, A lot of it was sad and moody, with dark images and meanings behind them. There were a lot of poems and painting created during the time to express how they personally felt. It was mostly artists recreating what they felt and putting reality onto paper.
Kia ora Jessania, I love that you have taken a number of photographs of your work, clearly documenting it. I think you need to change the german nationalist title as that is something quite different! What websites did you research when developing your definition of german expressionism? I feel like you may have paraphrased some of what I said and tried to put that into your own words instead. A little more of your own researching would be a better way to answer that one, as there is more depth that you can demonstrate in your answer. Thank you for completing the task today. Mrs Clemence.
